The idea behind Vegalyx came from a simple observation: Traditional trading platforms are slow, complex, and often intimidating for many retail users. At the same time, most “fast trading” experiences online are actually house-based systems where the platform profits when users lose. We wanted to build something different. Vegalyx is designed as a high-frequency prediction market, where users compete against each other instead of against the platform. Each round is based on real market prices and happens in ultra-fast intervals. Players simply predict whether the price will move up or down within the round. No hidden algorithms. No house position. Just a shared pool between players. Our goal is to create a new category between trading and gaming; something fast, transparent, and social.
