Varos

Thanks @katmanalac and @ycombinator for the hunt! Hey PH! I’m Yarden, co-founder of Varos, a tool to benchmark your FB Ads KPIs in real-time to similar companies. We built Varos to bring transparency into growth KPIs so you can answer high-value questions like: - Is my performance good or bad? and if bad, where specifically should I optimize? - Is this sudden spike or drop in my KPIs only related to me or is it a macro trend that I don't have control over? (i.e., with CPMs or CPAs) - What happened to everyone else from iOS14 changes? Many people don’t have this data but it’s mission critical that they do. Hey PH! Super pumped to share our hard work with you. As the CTO, I spend a lot of time on dealing with data normalization (many peer groups, same attribution windows, targeting types, demographics, custom dashboards, etc.) to make this product work accurately. My background is 10+ years in Big Data and Cyber, so I'm experienced in this stuff, but a lot of new learnings came from this :)

Been using this product for a few weeks now and am a huge fan. As someone who spends lots of money on Facebook Ads, one of the biggest questions when performance starts falling off is "is it just me or is it everyone". Varos answers that question quickly by informing me of CPM / CPA and other metric fluctuations in real time. Highly recommend and super excited to see what the team comes up with!
