Hey product hunt! 👋 As the founder, I am pleased to announce UserVitals ✨ It's an all-in-one tool for product management to collect real user insights, turn them into actionable feedback, organize them on a roadmap and share your product updates in one place. We built UserVitals so employees from customer experience, engineering and product management can be involved in the research and discussion of feature prioritization. This is a problem I dealt with on my previous SaaS and took the learnings from product development into building UserVitals. UserVitals is an incredibly simple way for teams to stay on top of user feedback. How are we different from other tools? ❓ UserVitals is not your average feedback management tool. Our focus is customer insights and capturing real customer quotes. Upvotes can be meaningless for actually doing product development. When a customer gives feedback they tell us what they want in words, why turn that into a number? essentially turning a valuable insight into a +1. Different customers want the same feature slightly differently - businesses have different needs. Why lump them all into one? We want to help teams organize actionable customer insights alongside user stories - but on a roadmap that can either be public or private! Here’s how it works: 🎯 - Send your users to your UserVitals customer portal where they can request features & provide use cases on existing requests - You get a list of exactly what your users want most. Categorize and Tag them to organize requests. Prioritize requests based on customer demand. - Mark a feature as “in progress” or “complete” and everyone who was interested gets notified. Learn more about how it works at https://www.uservitalshq.com/how... Released something new to customers? 🚀 Announce your new features or improvements in your product changelog. Having a changelog is one of the best ways to increase feature awareness and adoption. We also have a changelog widget you can embed in your application. As well Single-Sign-On to get one-click sign-in for your existing customers. We have also done a lot of work to make sure UserVitals fits into your existing workflow! 🌟 Here are some of the ways it can fit into your tools 🧰 - Get feedback from a Slack community? Push feedback from our Slack app into UserVitals. - Want to view and capture feedback directly in Intercom? Check out our Intercom app - Using Help Scout for customer support? View related feedback with our Helpscout app. - Tracking engineering tasks in Linear? Link Linear tasks to roadmap items in UserVitals - Get feedback from different places? Use our Chrome extension to capture feedback from anywhere on the web. Learn more about our integrations at https://www.uservitalshq.com/hel... and https://www.uservitalshq.com/wor... During the early access UserVitals is free to use. We will offer special pricing for early adopters who supported us and gave us valuable feedback. We also have a Slack community for product insiders so you can request features, report issues and chat with the team to help make UserVitals the best product it can be. So if you own a product, or are responsible for a product - create a free account and use UserVitals to help you close the customer feedback loop.

@tharshanmuthulingam This is a really nice way to manage feedback and prioritize. Looking forward to try it
Tharshan
@pooran_prasad_rajanna Thanks Pooran! We are looking forward to seeing you using it with 1page.

@tharshanmuthulingam Great - we will investigate this for us, does it happen to integrate with Intercom at all? Congrats on the launch.
Tharshan
@stewup hey Stewart - we recently released an official integration with Intercom and also a chrome extension with support for intercom for your team to use. Thanks for your support. Looking forward to seeing your team in the product.

I've been using UserVitals for a little while for my app and very pleased how it helps me organise user feedback. The linear integration is very handy, and the fine grained control over when users are emailed means I don't have to worry about bothering my users (if they don't want to be). Oh, and Tharshan is responsive and open to feedback, so can only see this product improve from here on out! Looking forward to getting it up in production shortly!
Tharshan
@dannychoudhury Thank you Danny! You have been an awesome customer and we are really happy to hear that you are pleased with UserVitals. We have planned in the pipeline to make it an even better with customer feedback like yours. See you around in the Slack community!

What's the difference between this product and say canny.io or noorahq.com?
Tharshan
There are similarities between the tools as we helping teams close the customer feedback loop - but we solve it in different ways. Our focus is customer insights and capturing real customer quotes. Upvotes can be meaningless for actually doing product development. When a customer gives feedback they tell you what they want in words, why turn that into a number? essentially turning valuable insight into a +1. Different customers want the same feature slightly differently - businesses have different needs. Why lump them all into one? We want to help teams organize actionable customer insights alongside user stories - but on a roadmap that can either be public or private! We help product managers, customer success and founders work in one platform where they can understand exactly what their customers are asking for based on customer feedback captured from anywhere. Our integrations speak for themselves! We support all common tools CS teams use to talk to customers. We also have an inbox feature where customer feedback can live until it's been reviewed by a PM and turned into actionable insight for an item on the roadmap. Our approach is different - We built UserVitals because we feel there are so many tools that focus on upvotes and are essentially a version of UserVoice. Our approach is different and it's based on the experience I have from being a PM and past founder. I am sure you have your own reasons for approaching Noora the way you have - so best of luck!

Congrats on the launch. I'm a fan of tools like this that get rid of having to hunt across multiple platforms for information and instead aggregate it in one handy place.
Tharshan
@sarahbondksu Yep exactly! Customers will reach for the first thing they see and the easiest option for them. But you never want to introduce friction between the customer and valuable feedback. With UserVitals you can capture customer quotes from anywhere with the original source of the feedback (e.g. Twitter threads, Slack messages, support tickets, gmail threads etc... ) We built this out of a frustration with organising feedback between helpscout support tickets, emails and slack - when developing our previous product. We are in early access now and so it's free to use! We plan to launch pricing friendly for early stage startups and indie hackers. Hope you see you around in our Slack community! Help shape UserVitals with us.
Kevin Conti
Very cool @tharshanmuthulingam! I have seen a lot of attempts at customer feedback apps, but I find there is rarely a focus on coordinating the various teams (product, development, marketing, and customer support) and giving them a place to come together. Looking forward to seeing more!
Tharshan
@kevcon80 Thanks so much Kevin! I know you see a lot of products with your SoftwareIdeas newsletter so means a lot coming from you. Based on our discussions with PMs, CS and other internal teams - we know this is a key problem we wanted to solve - which validated our own experience and pain points. We have a lot of exciting things to come for UserVitals!

What’s pricing going to be like? I don’t want to get started on a platform only to have to transition away if it’s not in our budget.
Tharshan
@ltropf This is a great question. We plan to make this product affordable for everyone - as we want to support indie makers, early-stage startups and small teams. We plan to discuss pricing with our early customers so you will have an idea of what we are planning. So rest assured - it will be affordable, not to mention there will be discounts for early adopters who get involved in our product development now.
Lindsey Tropf
@tharshanmuthulingam that is how I’ve afforded a couple products before. And I love working with other early stage startups since feedback is incorporated so much faster. I’ll give it a sign up. ☺️
Lindsey Tropf
@tharshanmuthulingam This feels quite mature for a “pre-launch” product! Also, an interesting use case for us that I’m not even sure how I’d want handled: we sell to schools, so kids and teachers use our product, while admin buy and have input. The type of feedback and feature requests kids make will be wildly different from those of teachers/admin, and of course I need to prioritize the adults’ requests.
Tharshan
@ltropf Thank you for your kind words 🙏 We are improving it every day with feedback from our early customers. Your use case is interesting. Send us a ticket once you are in the app so we can discuss more.
