Interesting product. The thing I am most curious about is how you manage to link identities accross platforms and/or different email addresses. Can you share a bit about your approach?

@christoph_loewenherz We actually use a lot of different methods to identify and combine email addresses and social media platforms, in order to make sure that the data we use is accurate and complete. For example if your email address includes your name and company name, we're able to identify your public Linkedin profile based on that information. If you've published your Linkedin profile on other social networks, e.g. AngelList, we'll also tie this profile to you. If you decided to publish your email address e.g. on Instagram or on Twitter, we can also associate this profile to you and combine it with other information we already have. We've worked hard in the last 2 years to improve our algorithm in order to create a complete and accurate profile and our tests show that our results are better than those of Clearbit and FullContact. @tobiasoberascher That's exactly what we're doing! We can notify your sales team whenever one of your users moves to a new company. Since we also provide their new email address, they can reach out to them immediately and sell to them (again). @haseeb Thanks! Some of the data comes from LinkedIn, but the big difference to their job changer feature is that we also provide the users new email address. This is SUPER important. With LinkedIn you can only use InMail to reach out to them, since their old email obviously doesn't work anymore. WIth us, you can automatically add them to a sequence and reach out!

Finding which company past users have moved is definitely a challenge. Manual Linkedin tracking is a pain, and legacy sales tools aren't adept at helping with this. I'm excited to try UserGems!

Since the trial, our ADRs have constantly rave about UserGems. Their response rates are higher and they are much more positive.

Pros:

Our ADRs+ AEs spend hours to track their contacts in LinkedIn if they moved to a new company. UserGems automate all of this process

Cons:

We have a list of ideas that UserGems can help us in the post-sale side but we haven’t been able to get to it yet

Love how UserGems helps reps be “first-in” with newly positioned buyers, including previous users and decision makers, that are 5X more likely to respond—and 74% more likely to buy.
