Since I first shared upword here, we’ve been focused on one question: how can local businesses actually see whether they’re becoming the AI answer customers get in tools like Google AI, Perplexity, and ChatGPT?
We’ve made a few big updates:
• Improved article generation engine so businesses can turn their real‑world expertise into high‑quality, structured articles designed for AI engines to understand and trust.
• Rankmine, which tracks how a business shows up across Google AI, Perplexity, and ChatGPT when people ask questions in their niche—so they can see where they’re winning and where they’re invisible.
• Threadmine, which monitors relevant subreddits for questions about a business’s services and turns those into content opportunities, helping them answer real questions and become the trusted authority.
• AEO reports (Answer Engine Optimization) that score and explain how well each page is set up for AI engine crawling and surfacing, with clear recommendations on what to fix.
Our goal is to help local businesses and agencies stop guessing and actually measure their presence in an AI‑first search world—and then create the right content to own those answers.
