A no code website editor with export capabilities. Allows designers and entrepreneurs to complete work that can more easily be passed onto developers, without getting locked into website creation platforms. Features include: free and open source, basic webpage editing, create and use components, export code files (for free), import websites, mobile support, and a few basic templates. If you're more tech savvy, the editor is actually a single HTML file which you can download to use offline.
Hey everyone! I built this editor the last year, when I was looking for a website builder that could export the code for my website.
I think the main shining point ✨ of the product is that a website built this way will be much easier to transition over to a development team as your business grows. Most website builders lock you into their platform, so when starting a development team the website will need to be rebuilt. Unbounded lets you export code so that you really do own your website. However, setting up hosting will fall to you, which is often streamlined by website builders. But if your website is a static page (no database or server) you can actually host your website on github pages for free.
This product is free to use and is open source! I designed it to be a little closer to css styles than some editors. This gives you more direct control but increases the learning curve of the editor to some extent.
