Replacicon works best for Big Sur. LiteIcon for all macOS Versions before. Or directly in the MacOS info window by dragging it onto the icon for non system icons. Hope that helps. 🙏

These are great but I don’t think this is going to really take off until Apple actually Allow you to customise app icons; the shortcut thing they have just now is super annoying.
