Launch Team

Hey Product Hunt 👋
⏰ I went to more than ten B2B events this year, but I've missed every later event run by the same organizers.
I was the easiest ticket they could sell, and they still missed me. I didn't see their early-bird emails in time and skipped their ads. A timely text could have changed that.
🤖 That's why we built TopAgent, an AI agent that helps fill your event with timely SMS invites and tailored follow-ups.
This is for you if you run conferences, summits, or workshops.
⚙️ How it works:
1. Share your event details, registration link, deadline, and opted-in audience.
2. TopAgent drafts the SMS invitation. You review and approve it.
3. It tracks delivery, clicks, and replies, then comes back with follow-ups ready: a deadline reminder for people who clicked, a new angle for people who didn't.
Nothing goes out without your approval.
I'm Sipan, founder of TopMessage. I spent four years at Twilio building APIs for their largest customers, then was CTO at a communications company.

Have you ever skipped an event because you saw the invite too late?
Interesting approach, Having worked with Twilio and real-time communication systems myself, I can see the value of timely, personalized messaging.
Curious, how does TopAgent decide the right time to follow up without overwhelming people with messages?
How much time does it take to get the first event campaign running? Would someone on the events team be able to set it up themselves, or would they need help from a technical person?
@joelock Once your contacts are ready, you can launch in minutes. Anyone on your team can do it, just tell the agent your goal in plain language, and it will prepare the campaign. All you need to do is review and approve it. The agent will then proactively suggest follow-ups.
Can you use this for smaller events too, like a webinar or a meetup?
@suyash_kr Absolutely! Everything works the same for webinars and meetups. You may just get fewer follow-up suggestions, since smaller campaigns don’t always need as many.
Congrats on the launch! If an event’s venue or start time changes at the last minute, can TopAgent notify all confirmed guests and show who hasn’t received the update?
@annie_dumas Thanks a lot! Yes, just describe the change in plain language, exactly as you did here :)
With your confirmed guest list, TopAgent will prepare the notification campaign and ask for your approval before sending.
Afterward, it reports delivery results, including which messages weren’t delivered, so you know who needs a follow-up.
Having follow-ups ready for approval makes outreach a lot easier to manage
@spotch_founder Exactly! Getting follow-ups right is often the hardest part: checking the results, regrouping contacts, and figuring out what to say next. That’s a lot of manual work we’re taking off your plate.
Being able to just describe the campaign instead of setting everything up manually sounds pretty handy. Congrats!
@maurya_abhiranjan Thanks! Customers often told us that manual setup took too much work and was easy to get wrong. Now they can just describe their goal, and the agent prepares the campaign for them to review and approve.
Hey team! you're making messaging so easy and simple. Congrats on the launch!
@german_merlo1 Thanks! That’s exactly what we’re aiming for: making messaging simple enough for any team to handle themselves. Appreciate the support!
