I'm really happy with this product. It allows us to track time at a very granular level for reporting and invoicing. I don't use all of the features, but like what I do use. And the team is super responsive anytime I have a question or support need.

Pros:

Easy to use, integrates with Podio and lots of other apps. Excellent tech support.

Cons:

Not really encountering a lot of cons.

Team based tracking and reporting, easy export of data, graphical displays, good organizational structure.

Pros:

Ease of use, integration with Xero accounting

Cons:

It's very good as is. In the future, more customizable reporting would be a good addition.

yeah, they should work on some customization and more integration (instabug integration would be great)

I have probably used a dozen different time tracking apps & processes.

Recently I had need to track a lot of time & task details on a couple of projects. The issue with most time tracking tools is if they do not exist within your existing software set, it can be a drag to use yet another app. My one exception to this rule is a standalone mobile app which TimeCamp provides.

Currently I am using (and demoing) the free single user license and I have entered about two weeks of time I had been jotting down in a notebook. Time entry is quick, intuitive and flexible with ample room for notes.

There is a companion desktop and downloadable versions which allow you to upgrade for a broader feature set plus integrations and other bells & whistles.

Pros:

IOS version easy to setup & use, intelligent interface. Provides some nice reports. Lot of other app integrations.

Cons:

Not much but third party app integrations take more time and can be a bit more complex to setup.

Cons:

I dont think it has any cons but the CONS are that it is not like GOOGLE..... hahahaha

I use TimeCamp's manual time track. My workflow usually:

- When I want to work on a certain task, for example Project-A, set the timer

- Focus on that task

- Turn of the timer when its done.

One feature that I've not found at other time tracker is TimeCamp allow you to move your tracked time. For example, you accidentally work on task Project-B when you set the timer to Project-A. TimeCamp allow to move your time from Project-A to Project-B.

Pros:

Reporting is excellent

Cons:

Reminder when we have been working for certain time

I am a freelancer, I use this tool to record my time and bill my clients per hour, TimeCamp works online, off-line, in iOS or windows, I can see how much time I spent using different programs even if I am not working in a project. (I haven't tried TimeCamp in other OSs)

Pros:

easy to use

Cons:

in free account you can't export report to excel

It's my main tool for my time tracking needs as an IT consultant. Every time I need ot work the first thing to do it's to time track my work. It's not free.

This in an unvaluable tool for me. I jighly recommend it.

Pros:

Easy to use, amazing support service and powerful as a time tracking tool

Cons:

Something great would be a bigger timer that highlight every hour or two

I've been using this product for over a year and have effortless been tracking my time for clients and also for voluntary work so I can see where i'm spending my time.

Pros:

It's easy to use, the reporting is awesome. I love the auto track mode with keywords is really helpful.

Cons:

More just developing the aesthetics, the ability to move lumps of time and auto track durations without having to toggle this function.

I use TimeCamp for my consultancy work, and I am aware, as a client, of how much more helpful and convincing it would be if the invoice detailed on where the hours was spent. Rather than having doubts if the consultant is actually doing their work when the invoice is overly generalized, a detailed invoice removes all those doubts. Manually inputting the details though is quite a pain, but since timecamp could generate an invoice based on your time inputs, which I do each time I work on their projects, simply clicking "New Invoice" saves up so much time, and generates an accurate bill for the client.

Pros:

Reporting and the built-in invoicing based on time inputs is a time saver

Cons:

Additional "templates" for the invoice would be great, but not a necessity

I'm using TimeCamp for a single client and project, and it works well. Considering the reporting and integration capabilities this product has, it's a better alternative to most other time tracking solutions out there.

Pros:

Friendly user interface, very easy to set up, nice reporting, awesome integrations

Cons:

Budgeting and hourly rates is a Pro-only feature (largest plan), Trello integration sometimes gets out-of-sync and needs page refresh

Pros:

Cons:

I always forget to log out!

I've very happy with TimeCamp. Here's why: I am a very small business. TimeCamp allows me to keep up with my time for a very low cost for my business while also producing excellent reports. TimeCamp also appears to want to help their clients and cares about their needs and concerns. This is very important, because when starting a business companies that you must use their products to survive can be discouraging. TimeCamp makes it simple.

I'm a field technician in the energy sector, calibrating electronic flow meters. I use TimeCamp as a plugin to Trello and I absolutely love it. I use it everyday to track my calibration schedule and find out how I'm utilizing my time at each site I visit. The integration between laptop and phone is seamless. I actually enjoy it so much I upgraded my subscription and now I use it on my home computer too in order to better maximize my time working on personal projects. I rarely write reviews or give out ratings, but TimeCamp gets 5 Stars. Excellent product. Thank you!
