Does it only analyse aspects of the successful thumbnail/test existing thumbnails or also generates one?
@busmark_w_nika Hi Nina, thank you for your question! We do the whole journey, from start to finish. We analyse the creator’s video, then a conduct deep niche research, analysing successful existing cases and determining the best ways to apply them. Then, based on the results of the conducted analyses, we generate titles and descriptions that would best suit the video, while also ensuring high performance. As for thumbnails, they are designed by real people – experienced graphic designers in our team – based on the concepts that we’ve determined to become the most successful. In the end, we deliver packages – combinations of a thumbnail, title and description.

@kay_arkain Of course! In the beginning, we gather information about the creator’s preferred style and adapt all our works to their branding. We also provide the opportunity to request revisions)
Sounds like a gamechanger for me and friend of mine. Can I customize somehow a created thumbnail in case I want to change some word or visual effect?

This is cool, congrats on the launch! On your site you say "... design the concepts within your existing branding, using it as a basis." Does this mean you're able to use existing brand templates (with logos, colors, etc) for the thumbnail design? If the analysis shows that the template could be improved, do you provide a re-work or suggested changes for the template to improve click-through?
@smjburton Of course! We are constantly on the line with our customers, so if the analyses repeatedly shows that adherence to the creator’s brand visual identity is harming the performance, we will notify them. However, we do our best to balance things out and ensure that the client gets both performance and branding. Because even thought by default our top priority is to provide the best performance, some clients have established and recognizable brand identities throughout different social media that they would like their YouTube channels to be aligned with no matter what. And we do our best to do that)

@marianna_tymchuk Thank you! That is exactly what we intend to do. And Slack was chosen to be by far the most favoured option as a result of customer surveys we conducted, so even in the meantime creators can enjoy using the service.
