What do you think? …

No disrespect to the maker but this is another example of a "dumb app" and I have no problem with it. People often take people too seriously, judging someone's little app as a waste of time and focus. IMHO, experimentation is a good thing and in some cases, dumb apps might lead to something mch more meaningful (I wrote more about it here). Here's @ajs' take on this, putting Yo, TD4W, and Ethan in this category. @kristenvbrown also wrote about this in the SF Chronicle recently. cc @abramdawson

@rrhoover @ajs @kristenvbrown @abramdawson I Think "Make It Rain" is the ultimate example of this. Nothing more embarrassing than being caught on the bench in the gym flicking virtual dollars up. Well, I guess being on Tinder while at the gym, but we all do that, right guys? But it did make me deeply reflect upon my need for monetary existence in my life.

@AndyTheGiant @rrhoover @ajs @kristenvbrown @abramdawson I see people tindering in bars all the time. Isn't one of the main reasons you go to a bar is to meet people?!

I am all about little experiments, while thumbing it! Experiments exist across all industries and mediums, it's only logical we are seeing these simple apps now.
