Really like the core idea here of synthesizing various open ended feedback into a super quick, readable report! I'm not sure this tool would make sense specifically for our tiny 3 person, already-all-in-each-other's-business team at this point, but certainly see the value as we grow and add new people into the mix. Especially since we're mostly remote. Bookmarked 😊 Congrats and best of luck with the launch!

Love this product! As someone who has worked remotely for the last 10+ years, this would have been an invaluable tool to have to measure my team's overall wellbeing and identify issues. I especially like that you also provide action plans for how employees can deal with their own individual stressors. In these COVID times, it's more important than ever to have an independent, anonymous way for people to let management know how they are really feeling. Hopefully this will help end the 'always on' culture that has evolved in most companies over the last number of years and allow people to really switch off!

I am excited about how Think Confluent has leveraged GPT3. Such a tool in the current context of remote work can only be extremely promising. Teams in medium and large companies really need it to evaluate management methods that are not always adapted. I wish a long life to this useful tool.
