Awesome new community of experts put together by the WorkRamp team. I’ve always wondered what it would be like to go behind the scenes at companies that have built not just great products, but great teams. From how Airbnb trains data scientists to how Eero trains customer support reps, it’s amazing to see how the best companies do it and get access to their resources. Could have used this earlier in my startup career ;)

@alexisohanian thanks for hunting us! We’re excited to be releasing The WorkRoom, a platform for accessing open-sourced training kits from great companies like Airbnb, Uber, eero, Mixpanel, and more. If you’ve ever had to train a new employee in a new function, you know how hard it is to know even where to start. With these new training kits, you get the templates, resources, and tools already in use by the best companies for training employees in roles like data science, sales, and customer support. Check it out at: https://workroom.workramp.com/ Would love to get your feedback!
Wow this is great and would have saved our team valuable time! Having had to onboard new employees, I could have definitely benefited from templates to streamline the process and advice from the best on how to approach training. How long are the typical trainings and kits?
Been following the strength of Workramp's training software for quite some time now, and this really takes things to the next level. Everyone could use a little inspiration or a launch pad, and this opens up an entirely new community element to the product. There's no confusion or ambiguity, but a whole new starting launch pad that will continue to grow in strength as more and more teams catch on. This tool seems to be far ahead of the game, and I can't wait to see what they do next!
I've used WorkRamp at two companies now and I'm excited to use WorkRoom. This feature is a game changer, keep up the good work!
Establishing open source best practices around employee onboarding and training would be super valuable. It would certainly have saved us some painful lessons early on. Do you have plans for engineering kits?
@maclanewilkison we couldn't agree more! definitely, look out for some new partners and kits soon :)
