We spend 90,000 hours of our lives at work, and yet 85% of global workers are disengaged or unhappy with their jobs. After studying this problem for years and having lived through it myself, it’s become clear that many of us stay stuck in the wrong job because we lack clarity on what would be a better path, and the confidence to make a change. Here at Crew, we’re helping people to define what matters to them in their work (and sometimes life), and then translate this into a career next steps. We do that through a combination of executive coaching, digital tools, and support from professional peers in the same boat. Today we’re launching our flagship group coaching program: The Visionary. The Visionary is for people who are stuck or dissatisfied with their current work, and want to make a change. We match customers into a small group of professionals who are guided by an executive coach through our career design process. We’ve beta tested this program with over 50 customers and 12 highly trained executive coaches, and we’d love more feedback and community members from the product hunt community. Why sign up? 1. Oversubscribed

Big fan of Crew's career design resources. Have recommended this to a few folks and they've loved it. Career coaches are pretty expensive, but I've found Crew's program to provide just as much value (and then some) for a fraction of the price. Love the ability to do this with a group of peers. Adds a lot to the exploration experience.
