Hey Everyone :)! I am the co-founder of The Modern Health (TMH) based in Australia. I have worked in several large organisations (Google, Microsoft, AWS and Infosys) and startups which were fairly challenging roles. I found it really hard to find time for my physical and mental health. I hit a mental health challenge and was depressed for months. I found a solution that I wrote in my book "Stronger than yesterday" available on Amazon. I am building this health tech company along with Belinda Agnew (co-founder). Belinda is a serial entrepreneur and understands the pressure that comes with survival mode as having exited her first business at 26. She is super passionate about bringing more awareness to founders and teams, having come from an HR background. Too many people wait until they are burnt out and depressed. We at TMH are trying to prevent exhaustion by creating a platform that works with you daily from within your calendars. As founders, we feel mental health should be at the forefront of all cultural roadmaps. We are trying to make mental hygiene ingrained in our daily routine, just like dental hygiene. We are excited to launch our platform at Product Hunt with the hope that it helps you all with your mental health and reduces stress with small changes. Love the idea, especially feeding recommendations right through the calendar without the user needing to input any data. Saves you from installing 10s of Apps on your phone to track your daily activities! Great stuff! All the very best, Kanika! Keep it coming!
