👋 Hi, Product Hunt community. As technology leaders ourselves, we've been building teams and companies for decades and it's been always a challenge to keep in mind all the little aspects and details. So we built The Great Company Checklist to help technology leaders on their way to building great companies. The checklist covers all the aspects of a modern technology-driven organization, from mission and values to development process details and metrics; and it's free. 🚀

Already using this Great checklist based on our startup. Now we have a clear vision of what we are doing and, most importantly, why we are doing it. This template is really helpful, all we did was answer the questions and fill in the blocks step-by-step. It took about 4 weeks to get the MVP of this document, and our CEO is curious about that, because now every employee of the company, no matter what level he is, can use it as answers to questions and does not fall into a stupor in making decisions.
