We built Thareja AI to give freelancers and small agencies the same operational power as big companies without the overhead.
Unlike platforms that just match talent to clients or track time, Thareja AI automates the full service lifecycle: sales, delivery, invoicing, and compliance, all within one AI-driven dashboard.
We’re most proud that freelancers can finally focus on what they do best, their craft, while the AI handles the boring, repetitive parts of running a business. It’s like having your own operations, finance, and project-management team in one app.

We actually built this out of our own consulting business. We were using five different tools just to manage projects, contracts, and payments. It was messy and time-consuming.

Akshay here, lead mobile engineer for Thareja AI (handling both Android and iOS). I’m excited to share the app with you all, and I wanted to give a little behind-the-scenes look at one of the biggest challenges we tackled.
That challenge was building a truly deep Siri Shortcuts integration for our iOS users.
We didn't want a simple "tap to open app" shortcut. We wanted users to get real answers without ever opening the app. Unfortunately, the standard frameworks were too limited for our needs.
The only way to make it work was to write a significant amount of native code and manually build bridges to our main application. We had to do this individually for every single command we wanted to add, which was a massive undertaking.
And I'm incredibly proud of the result. You can now add a shortcut and ask complex questions like:
And Siri will respond directly with all the key details:
The number of hours John has tracked
The number of tasks he's completed
Whether he is online or offline right now
Beyond Voice: Deeply Integrated Widgets
We took this same native integration and applied it to our home screen widgets.
You can set up a widget specifically for a team member you frequently track. At a glance, it will show you all the same details (hours, tasks, activity range, and online status).
We've worked to make these available wherever you are, so you can place them on your iPhone, your Mac desktop, and even in your car using CarPlay in the new iOS 26.
It was a huge technical hurdle, but seeing it all come together has been incredibly rewarding.
