Tech Y is a job board focused on improving the job seeking experience for employees, and the intern finding for employers. Currently, only alumni and students from Singapore's Universities are open to sign up for and apply to internships on the site.
I built this after witnessing the frustrations faced by both employers searching for interns and interns looking for the right role.
Employers were spending $5–$10 per click on major job boards, only to have their budgets drained by candidates with little to no relevant qualifications or interest. I saw a problem I could solve.
Tech Y is designed with both employers and interns in mind. It helps employers get more value from their budgets by attracting higher-quality applications, while interns gain access to better job opportunities.
Tech Y is NOT affiliated with any of Singapore's Universities but is designed for its students to use freely.
