Tap-Tap is a physical NFC card that sends customers straight to your Google review page in one tap no app, no searching, no typing. Reviews sync automatically to a dashboard where AI drafts a reply for every one, matched to the rating and your business's voice. Approve with one click or let it run fully automatic. No contract, no setup fee. Built for local businesses who want more reviews and better response rates without hiring anyone or learning new software.

how does the AI know our actual tone well enough that we can just trust the replies going out without edits?
@masalbelge Fair thing to push on. It's not guessing. We capture your tone during onboarding, our AI scans your website to learn how you actually communicate, and it studies any reviews you've already replied to so it picks up your real voice. On top of that, you start in approve-each-reply mode, so you see the drafts before anything goes out and only switch to fully automatic once you've seen enough to trust it.
How does the AI nail the right tone across really different businesses, like a tattoo shop versus a pediatric dentist, without a ton of back-and-forth tweaking at the start?
@elifsupwgs Three things handle it. During onboarding we walk through your business's tone directly, so we're not guessing from day one. Our AI also scans your website to pick up how you actually talk about yourself. And if you've already replied to reviews in the past, it learns from those too. So a tattoo shop and a pediatric dentist come out sounding genuinely different without you doing back-and-forth tweaking.
the NFC-to-Google-review flow is genuinely clever, cuts out every step that usually makes customers abandon a review request. love that the AI reply approval lives one click away from the dashboard.
@eminsanrbmac Appreciate that Emin. That was the whole goal, cut every step where people normally drop off, and keep the reply approval one tap away so owners actually use it instead of letting reviews pile up. Thanks for the thoughtful read.
the physical NFC card idea is honestly the smartest part. skipping app downloads and search fields just to leave a review removes every lazy excuse. really clean thinking
@mesutwosj Thanks Mesut, that was exactly the bet. The physical card removes the friction that kills most review requests before they even happen. No app, no search, no typing, just a tap. Appreciate you getting it.
