I find my self really skeptical, especially with claims like "get ripped while playing your favorite mobile games". I wonder if they have done any studies?
@daniellevine I am as well. I need to know more about the science behind their claim.
@daniellevine Nobody ever got "ripped" while sitting down, and nobody ever will.
@daniellevine Isometric exercises are definitely real, and work. They might be taking some liberties to make it sound easier than it is. If you push on a wall for 60 sec as hard as you can, it won't really matter what "game" is being played, you'll be very tired at the end of it.
Personally, I'd recommend the Shake Weight before this.
