Over 15+ years working in tech, I’ve often found it frustrating that developers are expected to prove their skills through take-home assignments or time-limited live coding sessions, which rarely reflect real-world work. TalentLint allows developers to submit a curated selection of projects they are proud of, which are then analyzed by AI. The result is a detailed PDF report that developers can keep and share with recruiters, saving valuable time for both candidates and hiring teams.
