TL;DR Super Workers is a marketplace platform that connects businesses with AI employees. With Super Workers, businesses can find the perfect AI employee(agents, copilots, bots, auto-tools) that fits their needs, whether they need help with marketing, sales, finance, or customer service tasks and in a variety of categories, from SaaS and Apps to Gaming or eCommerce. Who is Super Workers made for? 🛒 Businesses: the marketplace lists all the available AI employees you can hire to discover the best solutions for their problems (think Fiverr for AI employees). 👨‍💻 Developers: by creating industry-specific connectors Super Workers aims for enterprises to start with developers' solutions quickly without risk (think zappier functionality). 💾 How it works for developers: 1) Connection: We developed a connector for each industry e.g. Shopify. 2) Deployment: You got Super Workers API to launch your bot through Super Workers. 3) Conversational chatbox: Your Employee gains a direct feedback channel to receive instructions and interact with users. Who are we? We are a technical and fully bootstrapped team that created a software agency in 2019, since then we've assisted teams in developing features, apps, landing pages, and more. With over 200 clients, we recognize the challenges faced by small businesses lacking the skills and resources to adopt AI. About the solution The past year has seen a remarkable acceleration in AI. Small and medium-sized businesses have recognized its potential, but high costs, a lack of expertise, and industry-specific solutions have hindered its adoption. Recently, while collaborating with e-commerce clients on AI implementation, we realized the need for a service that could help small businesses adopt AI without significant expenses or technical knowledge. Woah, very neat concept. I checked out your hiring page and would love to hear how this has worked so far? (AI Screening -> Pass to C-suite.) Curious what factors you optimise for. Congrats on your launch! Small UI feedback - When I searched and got 1 row of cards, there was a bit of scroll space around the cards that was weird to navigate on. (Maybe making the card container 10-20px larger?)
