If Trello & Google Calendar had a baby.

4.6/5
About

Sunsama organizes all the work you need to do each day in one place. It's like Trello + Google Calendar.

I love what they call "daily kanban", it's the more clear and visual way to manage a todo list for me. I like teuxdeux for that. But teuxdeux development is stopped and the product haven't moved for a long time.

Pros:

daily kanban visual approach is my favorite one for todos

Cons:

no mobile app, UI could be more refined

Intuitive, really easy to use productivity app.

Pros:

Tasks sync with your calendar. Great for my personal tasks, and with my teams at work.

Cons:

No mobile app, but I just added it to my home screenon chrome and it works great.

I loved Sunsama even before all of their recent improvements

Pros:

Helps keep meeting time valuable with shared agendas

Cons:

The true value doesn’t come until you convince teammates to use it with you

I used to use it 6m ago, but couldnt stick to it for everyday life

Pros:

NICE calendar+notes+event creation+views

Cons:

Instead of showing meeting on right panel (as it was in prev. version), there is a popup (very uncomfortable)

All SaaS Everything.

One app that perfectly addresses my workflow. Tons of UI flexibility. Can't wait for a mobile app so it can be my only calendar across all my devices.

Pros:

Integrated task + calendar, great UI

Cons:

Web only

I thought it was a cheap ripoff of Sunrise Calendar (may it rest in peace) but it's not. I think it will replace my Trello and Calendar. Good thing is that the icons is very similar to Sunrise's so I can still remember it.

Pros:

Great UX, all-in-one tool

Cons:

Pros:

The most disruptive and innovative task planner. It's the only one that does not get in the way when life does

Cons:

Sunsama lacks in performance and in functionality on mobile. But I still love it enough to stay!

- #Channels act like Projects, and you can view Tasks by Channel - Backlog - ingenious feature allows you to set a Task to Backlog so you don't lose it but it is filtered off your calendar = less clutter Over the years I have tried dozens of Task manager apps, maybe more. Everyone is some kind of tradeoff and Sunsama is not different but it's simplicity along with its calendar integration really stand out for me. I just upgraded to PRO after 1 week of use.

Pros:

Making a task manager that is a skin for your Google Cal instead of your inbox is brilliant imo.

Cons:

- waiting for #tags and custom views

Hi, i'm trying to get an invitation for Sunsama , would you please send me an invite?; thank you in advance

Great app to use with Trello and Google Calendar to manage your day.

Pros:

Great support from developers like there future plans

Cons:

Mobile App Eventually

I've used nearly every popular workflow and product management tool ever made- no exaggeration. This was the first one that actually introduced me to the product via live meeting. Corinna is a fantastic asset and helped me to customize the platform to fit my needs. She also provided me with the information I needed to integrate Sunsama with many of the other tools that I currently use separately. I've found that when a product is young, you can really get a sense of where the company's priorities lie. This one was both customer-centered and designed to improve with use. I love the easy daily views and being able to create separate channels that align with my company's Slack accounts. Definitely a great experience so far!

Pros:

-Ease of integration -Great daily views -Personal introduction to the software

Cons:

None yet

Finally a company focused on building a platform for personal task management, rather than a one-off feature

Pros:

Easy to use, seamless integration with GCal and JIRA, collaborative task management ftw

Cons:

Needs a mobile app
