We built this because collecting user feedback today is way harder than it should be. We wanted a simpler approach — AI-powered bots that actually talk to users, understand sentiment, and surface clear, actionable insights instead of raw data. While building this, our approach evolved from “just collecting feedback” to closing the loop: Ask the right questions automatically Understand what users feel (not just what they say) Highlight patterns that directly map to product decisions The goal is to help teams move faster, listen better, and improve their product — without enterprise pricing or complexity.
