SubTrackHub is a developer-first tool to track SaaS and cloud spend across fragmented stacks. It connects multiple AWS accounts, GitHub orgs, and SaaS tools into a single dashboard to surface unused resources, inactive seats, and cost leaks. With multi-account support, currency localization, and AI-powered insights, SubTrackHub helps teams move from raw cost data to clear, actionable decisions.

Hi everyone — thanks for checking out SubTrackHub.
I built this after repeatedly seeing teams lose track of SaaS and cloud costs as their stacks grew. Multiple AWS accounts, different GitHub orgs, and separate tools make it easy for unused resources and forgotten subscriptions to quietly accumulate.
SubTrackHub focuses on bringing everything into one place and helping teams understand where money is being spent and where it may be leaking — without heavy setup or finance-only tooling. This launch includes multi-account support, currency localization, and early AI-powered insights to highlight unused resources.
This is still early, and I’d really appreciate feedback from founders, developers, or anyone managing SaaS and cloud infrastructure.
Happy to answer questions or dive deeper into any part of the product.
Congrats on the launch, Rahul! 🎉 Love the developer-first approach — tracking spend across multiple AWS accounts + SaaS seats gets messy fast.
Quick question: do you support AWS Organizations/CUR ingestion today, and can findings be pushed to Slack/Jira for action?
@hijacey Thanks for the support!
You've hit on the two big pieces of our enterprise roadmap.
1. AWS Organizations/CUR: Right now, we focus on direct API connections for rapid setup, but full CUR ingestion for consolidated billing is currently in development to better serve larger teams.
2. Slack/Jira: We actually have Slack integration for weekly 'Pulse' reports today! Jira is on the roadmap—I'd love to know: what’s the #1 finding you’d want pushed to a ticket automatically? (e.g., 'Zombie' resource deletion or Plan downgrades?).
Would love for you to try it out and tell me if the current 'Savage' insights hit the mark for you!
