But during the actual set, they don’t really help you execute the rep the way you intended. I wanted something that could help me stay on tempo while lifting — especially for controlled reps, pauses, and more focused strength work — without having to keep staring at the screen. So I made StrengthTempo. What it does: • guides your sets with tempo-based timing • helps you stay focused during the workout • makes controlled strength training easier to follow • keeps the experience simple instead of overloaded This is not trying to be an all-in-one fitness platform. It’s built around one core moment: actually doing the set well.
