👋 Hi Product Hunt, I built this tool, mostly for myself, I love using story maps to visualise how people use software products and to create a shared understanding among design, product and engineering teams - but I haven't found a simple tool where I can quickly type out indented bullets to generate the map. storymap.site is free, but has lots of limitations, even if a few people find it valuable, our job is done :) ✴️ Try the app: https://storymap.site/ ✴️ Read more: https://storymap.site/what-is-user-story-mapping.html... ✅ Free to use 🙌 No sign up or email required 🚀 If this gets > 300 votes, we'll ship a v2!

👍 StoryMap.site appears to be a valuable asset for product development, aiding teams in comprehending user needs. An interesting avenue for the creators to explore might be the incorporation of real-time collaboration features. This could enable teams to collectively contribute and refine the user stories more effectively. Have you considered such collaborative functions to enhance user experience, and what challenges might this bring?
Ninad Raval
@malkielfalcone Thanks Kirill, yes we have real-time collaboration, allowing teams to simultaneously update the map, on our roadmap. thanks for calling it out, this help us prioritise.

💡 Bright idea
This looks awesome and very easy way to make story maps. While the Save feature saves a txt file, It would be great, if it could grab a PDF/JPG of actual story map

@zuhaib_ashfaq thanks! I like the idea of exporting to PDF and images. Will add.
