Convert any bank statement to sheet format. Extract data instantly for thousands of banks worldwide. Unlike other tools that depend fully on LLMs, we use deterministic parsing first, with AI as a fallback to check work at the end. Last year I got laid off, and around the same time a friend who owns a small business asked for help getting his books ready for tax season.
We tried QuickBooks — but his bank wouldn’t let him export years of history or connect via any integration. Instead, they mailed him hundreds of pages of statements. We scanned everything to PDF… and then the real problem began.
Every converter we tried broke on formatting, missed transactions, or mangled columns. So I built my own tool to handle real-world statements — messy layouts, multi-page files, and scanned documents included.
This year I used my cloud experience to turn it into my first SaaS. It’s built to be reliable, robust, not “AI first,” and I’m excited to finally put something real into the hands of accountants and small business owners.
