Starlie is for the Jira work you do every day: find an issue, see what’s going on, update it, leave a comment, move it across the board, and get back to work. Smooth Kanban drag and drop, quick filters, JQL autocomplete, custom fields, Quick Look, reminders, and ⌘K for recent issues. Works with Jira Cloud and self-hosted Jira too. Private by design, with no analytics or tracking. Open coding tasks in Claude Code or Codex with issue context and your local project attached.
Does Starlie support updates for teams a large number of Jira issues?

@larry_dalton Thanks for checking out Starlie! Just to make sure I got it right: are you asking whether it stays fast with lots of issues? If so, yes! It stays quick even in big projects and changes sync straight to Jira

Only partially for now. We cache a lot, but we're looking into expanding offline support.

I was so disappointed when Atlassian discontinued the native Jira app for Mac. Using Jira in the browser has never felt quite right to me, and I’ve periodically searched for a proper native alternative ever since. Very happy to see someone building this properly.
