Glad to see Square adding more services and tools for SMB's. Yes, it's a "first world problem" but calling in and negotiating an appointment is a tiny bit of friction that prevents me from even making the call. I recently put off getting a haircut for 2 weeks for this very reason.

Square is really vying to become the the de facto toolbox for small businesses. This will be interesting to watch the uptick v. others in the space, i.e. @mytime or @getbooker.
