AI sponsorship platform for properties AND brands. Sellers: generate proposals and photorealistic mockups in 10 seconds. Buyers: discover opportunities, manage partnerships, and prove ROI. SponsorFlo fixes both sides: AI generates custom proposals with instant brand mockups for sellers, while buyers get intelligent discovery and real-time performance tracking. One platform replacing agencies, spreadsheets, and guesswork.

SponsorFlo started because sponsorships are still run like it’s 2008. I’ve spent years on the brand and rights holder side managing sponsorships across events, media, and partnerships. The tools were fragmented, manual, and reactive. CRMs were not built for sponsorship. Decks lived in Google Drive. Contracts were static PDFs. Deliverables were tracked in spreadsheets if they were tracked at all. The problem was not a lack of effort. It was a lack of infrastructure. SponsorFlo was built to be the operating system for sponsorships. One place to manage partners, generate proposals, extract and track contract terms, activate deliverables, and measure performance. AI is not a gimmick here. It is used to eliminate the busywork that slows revenue teams down and to surface insights that were previously buried in documents and email threads. Our approach evolved quickly once we started working with real organizations. We shifted from a simple proposal tool into a full sponsorship workflow platform because that is where the real pain lives. From discovery to close to activation to renewal. This launch is just the beginning. We are actively building with users and would love feedback on what works, what is missing, and where sponsorship operations are still breaking down. Happy to answer any questions and really appreciate everyone taking a look.
