SpendBot: Automate 95% of your Spendesk expenses with one command

Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I built SpendBot because I was tired of spending 2-3 hours every month on the same mindless task: filling out custom fields in Spendesk, figuring out the right VAT rate for each supplier, and hunting through emails for invoices. The breaking point was when I realized I was doing the exact same thing every month — the same 40-50 transactions, the same suppliers, the same fields. It was begging to be automated. So I built a Claude Desktop plugin that does it all with one command: /spendesk all Here's what it handles: • Batch-fills custom fields (cost center, category, GL account) via Spendesk's own API • Applies correct VAT based on supplier location — French domestic, intra-EU reverse charge, or non-EU out of scope • Searches your email for matching invoices and uploads them automatically • Falls back to supplier billing portals when email doesn't have the receipt Some real numbers from my last run: • 47 transactions processed • ~8 minutes total (vs 2+ hours manually) • 0 VAT corrections needed • 3 invoices not found (niche suppliers with non-standard billing) I'd love to hear from anyone else dealing with Spendesk — what's your biggest pain point?
