I use SparkCentral extensively in my current role and it absolutely blows other social media management tools out the water. Really fun to use when you've got a high volume of tweets/messages incoming (ie something is blowing up).

@sixside So sorry for delay my friend! Good question. Zendesk originated in email (mainly SMB/Medium Sized Businesses) and not scalable for social CS. Hootsuite started as consumer facing managment/marketing solution and also not scalable or enterprise social customer care. At least this is what our current clientele have informed us. :-) #HopeThisHelps
