After playing around with programmatically generating images using colorful, smooth patterns and palettes I turned everything into a wallpaper making app for iPhone.
With the fun and creative tools built-in, it is really easy to create something that looks really good. I find myself creating new wallpapers on the go to fit the mood, or even weather (and extensively sharing my creations with friends 😂).
As a shoutout and thanks to the PH community, there is a "hidden" *FREE* In-App Purchase that removes the watermark on saved wallpapers (normally cost $0.99)
Note: the free PH launch offer is ONLY available during launch day and this weekend.
To claim the Product Hunt Launch Special:
1. Download the app from App Store, start it and go through the onboarding, etc.
2. Open Safari on your phone
3. As URL enter: smoothapp://phlaunch (i.e. "smoothapp://" instead of "https://")
4. Confirm you want to open the app.
5. Offer appears as a free/$0.00 In-App Purchase.
(if it says "offer expired", well, then you missed the launch window :))
@covex It is made as an iOS native app with Swift and SwiftUI so not cross-platform. On the other hand it would be fun to try something Android native, but no immediate plans as of now.

Nothing more satisfying than building wallpapers, blending multiple colors in template.

@stpe love the product! Could someone use this as a use this for building backgrounds for LinkedIn / Facebook pages? Is that something you'd entertain roadmapping as well?
@dzaitzow For sure. Preset sizes and customizable dimensions. In the end I actually did hide a few tools and options that I already implemented, to still keep it simple to use and not overwhelm with options - it is a tricky balance. :)
