I use it every time I have to organize my sleeping time when Iβm with a busy work schedule. It helps me to calculate a waking up or sleeping time options so I can feel rested :) and itβs easy to use!
I can't say whether it's real or just placebo but I do seem to wake up more refreshed when I set my alarm to a time suggested by this app.
