@jacqvon Traditional job search is limited by job title or occupation. We start from skill set, instead of occupation. To get an idea, we track ~30K job titles in the database but we mapped them to 2 thousands skills only. As a result, job seekers are able to see how their background, talent, and abilities can be applied to the world of work, thus finding opportunities they never knew were available to them. Compared to existing platforms, SkyHive completely changes the traditional recruitment process, where job seekers have to spend a lot of time on refining resumes/cover letters to apply for different roles, and recruiters have to spend a lot of time going through applications. With skills-based hiring, highly accurate matches of work and candidates can happen in real-time.
