I manually extracted 4,149 invoices — vendor name, invoice number, dates, line items, totals — one by one. It took weeks. The whole time I kept thinking: this exact work shouldn't exist anymore. Upload PDFs, AI extracts all invoice fields with confidence scoring, you review side-by-side with the original and correct anything that's off, then export to QuickBooks or Xero import format. The key insight: bookkeepers don't want fully automated extraction. They need to verify the data before it goes into a tax filing.
