Hi Product Hunt community! My name is Manto, co-founder of Sincero. We are building a product to facilitate feedback process with the assistance of AI. The problem: Individuals and businesses struggle to collect and act on honest, meaningful feedback. Individuals hesitate to provide honest responses due to fears of being identified through their writing style, while businesses face overwhelming amounts of feedback that are time-consuming and costly to analyze. This results in missed opportunities for personal growth and business improvement. Our solution: Sincero bridges this gap by leveraging AI to ensure anonymity for feedback givers while delivering clear, actionable insights to feedback receivers. For individuals, our platform rephrases (upon request of feedback receivers) and summarizes feedback, enabling honest expression without fear. For businesses, we perform trend analysis, translation, and summarization, helping them understand user sentiment quickly and take actions effectively. Why are we better than other competitors? One of the key features of Sincero is to ensure anonymous feedback through AI-driven rephrasing and summarization. Unlike basic survey tools like Google Form, our ambition is to integrate multiple feedback sources and provides actionable insights. It’s also more accessible and cost-effective than enterprise platforms like Qualtrics, making feedback collection smarter, safer, and scalable. Next steps: 1. We are now building a dedicated business portal where companies can access and analyze feedback more effectively. 2. To enrich feedback insights, we are integrating additional sources such as social media, email, and forums. 3. We are developing advanced customization options, allowing users to personalize survey designs and tailor feedback prompts to their specific needs. We are starting small but our ambitions are big.
