Screegle lets you share your entire screen, but only with the windows you want. The result is a clean, uncluttered «virtual desktop» that looks professional, doesn't send private information, and never shows notifications during your online meetings.

This application is *amazing*. It has become part of my toolkit. I can Obsidian open taking notes, _but_ just share Marked 2 – all with a custom corporate background. Really levels-up simple screen sharing. Brilliant really. @ldenoue is there a performance benefit with the webcam mode? the basic share Screegle window as full screen works so well, that I haven't tried the other option.

@rmateu thanks for your feedback! the webcam mode is useful when you don't want to ask for permission to share your screen :) just switch from the webcam to the screegle camera and it'll show your screegle windows.

If you use screen sharing for work, you probably will enjoy Screegle. Instead of having to chose between sharing your entire screen or just a particular window, with Screegle you share an empty desktop onto which you add any window you want by pressing the command key ⌘ and clicking that window. It's a bit like a virtual background popularized in Zoom meetings for webcam, but for your screen! Now we can be productive (share any window at any time) without compromising our privacy (like these pesky notifications that pop up just when you're sharing our screen!).
