I created Screc to make taking screenshots and recording screens faster and to protect sensitive information. I often needed to capture my screen but manually hiding private data was time-consuming and inconvenient. My goal was to make this process quick, safe, and effortless. During development, I experimented with automatic blurring and easy screenshot annotation so that everything is ready to use with a single click.
