We built SandTest because functional testing is almost always introduced too late. In most projects, test cases are written once the application already exists. At that point, business intent has faded, deadlines are tight, and testing turns into a bottleneck instead of a safeguard. We believe functional test cases should exist from day one, even before a single line of code is written. Business teams should be able to define what really matters early. Developers should validate their work as they build. Testing should continuously drive quality, not slow delivery at the end. SandTest was created to make that shift possible, using plain language instead of scripts, and structure instead of friction.
