Being a startup founder myself, I always want to surround myself with other startups. I want to learn from them and grow. I also want to grow my network and be able to get warm intros to the right people. So I sought out to build a community and workplace where that is possible. Giving the larger startups what they need and helping the little guy, like me, too. Our standardized rates are cheaper than anyone else and highly beneficial to the larger startups with new or existing office leases. Especially in a hybrid workforce world where 40% of all office space was unused/under utilized space before the pandemic.

@adityavsc Glad you are interested in what we are making! So far we are only really in Austin but are expanding rapidly!

I've listed this on my site as a startup to watch, with the following comment ;-) Steve says..."As the world comes to terms with a massive change in how offices are used, new models for redistribution of offices and desk space is a play that has enormous potential. The model of a handful of major landlords owning hundreds of global buildings and sharing desk space is over. The future may well be small businesses with their own offices renting out excess desks and conference rooms on-demand. Great for startup collaboration too!"

This startup is exactly what a lot of other startups need. As a startup-er myself, I can say with confidence that this is very much needed. When we were just starting out we had to work from home a lot of the time. Then we transitioned to coworking spaces which were definitely way better, but it wasn’t what we really needed. We worked in coworking spaces a lot, we found this coworking space austin and stuck to it. It was almost 2 years after we started working that we could finally afford to rent a small office for us. Not having an office space impedes progress by a significant amount.

This seems like a great concept given the pandemic it would appear that there is a lot of open office space for this use case.
