I'm Amin, the developer of RORA.
I built RORA because I love experimenting with how music sounds. Sometimes I want to muffle a track so background conversations come through. Other times I shift the pitch to hear a song from a different angle. I wanted the freedom to play and tinker with audio directly in the browser in real-time, not just consume it as-is. RORA gives you high-quality filters that work in real-time on any web audio. 10-band EQ, spatial audio, pitch shifter, tempo control, noise reduction, and more. And all processing happens locally, so your audio never leaves your device.
It started as a fun project using the Web Audio API and grew into a full suite as I tried to build a beautiful UI and experience around it. I hope you enjoy this extension and it allows you to shape your sound.
