This is a pretty useful app! Very simple to use! I can manage/send tasks with my teams very easy, and it helps me to achieve the goal gradually. Also, they provide their own customized emoji that's pretty interesting!

This product is awesome! As a Director of BI, I have been through my fare share of ticketing systems (from simple to super complex) and this is BY FAR the easiest and most efficient I have encountered. Super simple to implement, and very easy to onboard to. Plus, the little Roby emoji is so cute!

Cool idea - wish my previous Fortune 500 employer would have had this! I always dreaded submitting an IT ticket because systems were always changing and process was unclear.
