This is a pretty useful app! Very simple to use! I can manage/send tasks with my teams very easy, and it helps me to achieve the goal gradually. Also, they provide their own customized emoji that's pretty interesting!

This product is awesome! As a Director of BI, I have been through my fare share of ticketing systems (from simple to super complex) and this is BY FAR the easiest and most efficient I have encountered. Super simple to implement, and very easy to onboard to. Plus, the little Roby emoji is so cute!

Cool idea and definitely needed. How would you compare your product to internally built options by companies, for example an AccessBot that integrates with Slack?

All the requests from different channels (DM, channel posts, email) consolidate to Slack or Teams and can be managed from there. This eliminates the need for companies to educate their support team on how to use entirely new systems and reduces the barriers of adoption. Also, Roby has unique advanced features! Our add-ons integrate with your other business systems to automatically resolve every type of ticket, like HVAC, meeting rooms, lighting, and more.
