It felt weird at first, but then I noticed: remembering that your friend is anxious about a promotion and asking about it isn't fake. It's exactly what a thoughtful person does. Most people just don't do it because life moves too fast. That became RMAN. Arman is the AI at the heart of it — not a chatbot, more like the part of you that never forgets.
