If you’re not using Segment, you can use our SDK and track your important backend events with us, such as “first API call from a user”. then understand if they’re qualified or not by looking their firmographgics/demographics product fit + ICP fit = great lead

@hai_ta1 Great question, it all comes down to great targeting and finding the right time to engage. That is why the product data is so key in timing it right. An example would be when somebody signs up a number of co-workers, this is a great time to check in and see if you can help. Every product is different so with your own data you can find the winning recipe for your team.

Congrats on the launch! Seems like a great idea to gain customer-feedback in real time. I'm curious if you guys have any numbers re: what number of users actually engage in these meetings/calls?

@shreyasiyer we have seen from our beta that about 1/5 picks up calls but the biggest boost in meetings comes from people that saw a human being 5x more likely to respond to a follow up message. The calendar is still on it’s infancy so no hard metrics there but we’re very optimistic!
