Hey Product Hunt, I’m Alex one of the makers of Resly. We built Resly after watching support teams drown in the same 20 questions over and over: “Where’s my order?”, “How do I reset my password?”, “What does your pricing include?”. Humans were doing robotic work while people were waiting. A good example is one of our first users was a law firm based in Thailand but working with a lot of clients in the US, they needed 'someone' to respond to users while they were sleeping. Resly turns your documentation, website, and files into a 24/7 AI support agent. It powers both a conversational chat widget and an instant search experience from a single knowledge base, with answers cited back to your source content and the ability to trigger workflows (order lookups, ticket creation, refunds, etc.). When things get tricky, it hands off to your human team with full context instead of pretending it knows. Our process evolved a lot: we started with “just” a RAG chatbot, but early users pushed us to build proper admin tooling, analytics, and connectors so they could actually trust automation in production. The current version is focused on setup you can do in one sitting and reliability over flashiness.
