Every great idea begins with a founder's vision. Our founder was inspired by his interaction with a retail sales rep whose excellent service prompted him to buy more. He joined forces with his friend (and technical co-founder) to build something eCommerce had never seen before: a digital sales concierge to help shoppers along their journey and give merchants an on-the-floor "team member" who never sleeps and offers personalized attention sales assistance to everyone. Even with the explosion of generative AI, eCommerce is still a tricky beast to manage (Gen AI is insufficient on its own). So, our CTO and team decided to build a custom AI model that could meaningfully address shopper needs and give merchants an AI business partner to deliver sales and more insights into the business. CABBE technology continues to power REP and its AI Concierge. It converts more traffic (due to its behavioral intelligence), boosts AOV (through smart product recommendations), and handles up to 96% of redundant support queries, freeing human teams to work on more complex issues.
