Hi Everyone! My name is Kevin, CEO and Co-founder of Refer Me Please. What do we do? It's super simple: 70% of companies have an employee referrals program. Only 49% of employees take advantage of referral programs, because they don't know anyone to refer. That's where 'Refer Me Please' steps in. The interaction is solely between the employees of a company that's hiring and possible candidates that need referrals, so the process is faster and more direct. It also helps companies get the highest quality of applicants so it's a win-win-win. We're glued to our computers here, so feel free to ask us any questions you might have!

Hi Ioanna! thanks for your question! Yes usually we do refer someone we know as it's handy. However, in many cases, employees struggle to find someone to refer to the company, even in their network. This is why by using Refer me Please, even if they don't know the candidate, they can talk to each other on the platform and the employee can pre-screen the candidate, before submitting the application.

That's quite promising! Rather than tagging people on different social networks and platforms, this one tool can help a lot. Good work team RMP! (y)
