@subhrajbasu The scheduling sprawl I feel most is across a team, where four people each have a booking link and the prospect ends up with three of them in one thread. Does the single link route by context to the right person, or is it one shared calendar behind it? Curious how you do round-robin without losing who owns the relationship.

@artem_fedorovich Yeah — that’s actually the exact problem I wanted RadiusHQ to solve.
It’s one shared booking link, but it’s not just one shared calendar. The business can define the team members, services, and availability, and RadiusHQ handles the routing behind the scenes.
For example, if a salon has 4 stylists, the client can either choose a specific stylist or just choose the service. If they don’t care who they see, RadiusHQ uses fair-load routing to assign the appointment to the right available professional.
The important part is that the booking stays attached to the actual professional who owns the appointment, so you don’t end up with a messy “who is handling this?” situation.
Basically: one link for the customer, intelligent routing behind the scenes, clear ownership for the team.
